By signing this Agreement, you agree:

• to reserve the use of Shomrei Torah's facilities for the purpose and at the times set forth below;
• to pay the fees and security deposit for your rental as per Shomrei Torah's schedule of fees for facility rentals and as communicated to you;
• You may choose your own caterer with Kashrut certification from a hechsher recognized by the RCBC. All other certifications must be approved by Rabbi Markowitz.

Please complete all information requested below and return this completed Agreement to the Shomrei Torah office together with a desposit of $250. This Agreement will be binding only when the deposit has been received by Shomrei Torah and it has been counter-signed by a Shomrei Torah representative. If you have any questions, please contact the office. 

Note: If you are renting space for multiple dates and times, please indicate the amount of people for each intended date of use (e.g. please indicate separately if you are renting for a Friday night meal, Shabbat morning Kiddush, Shabbat afternoon meal and/or Shabbat afternoon Seudah Shlishit and indicate the number of people expected for each).
Rental of the Shomrei Torah facility does NOT entitle you to hold religious services or use of Sifrei Torah. ANY religious service on premises must be approved in advance.

Shomrei Torah does not guarantee that you will be the only occupant or renter of the facility before, at the time of, or after your rental. Specifically, you acknowledge that:

• other activities (such as minyanim or classes) or other rentals in spaces not reserved by you, may take place in other locations on the premises concurrent with your rental and
• other activities (such as minyanim or classes) or other rentals in the spaces or spaces reserved by you may take place before or after your rental.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and you agree to abide by all of the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated by Shomrei Torah at any time in the event of your failure to abide by any of the terms of this Agreement.
